It's been a hard few days. The sickness is gradually getting worse. Pretty much anything I eat makes me sick. I have tried all the anti-sickness drugs, none of them seem to make a significant difference. I'm hoping that I'll feel better over time.
Shirin bought me a Wii console yesterday, but haven't had the inclination to set it up. I haven't been to any of the young cancer groups either. I guess I'm feeling a little sorry for myself. I think I need to give myself a kick up the backside.

Hi Jay, sorry to see you're feeling sick and pretty down, but I'm sure it will pass. There's lots to look forward to, Alyssa's first Christmas for one. Have you got a video camera? You should make sure you capture all those milestones - they're pure magic to look back on.
Loved the photos of the BDR team, they're funny, maybe we could do something like that again in the new year, and you're coming up to see the RBS crew soon aren't you?
All the best,
Jackie

At this moment in time the theme to fraggle rock comes to mind:
'Dance your cares away - worries for another day - let the music play - down at fraggle rock'.
There's the solution - start dancing the sickness away.
Oh my god Jay, how could we forget! I have the perfect past time for you over this festive period and it will certainly improve your mood no end...
...the Xmas Mince Pie Taste Challenge Test 2006!!
After the 2004 escapade where I think Mr Kiplings won or was it Tesco's? Who will pick up the batton this year? 2004s rules were for the standard variety, lets take it up a notch to the 'finest' variety...

Jay mate, keep up the good work!!! We have been reading your blog avidly over here in Oz, and we think you've been doing great!!
Sorry to hear about the nausea - have you tried acupuncture/acupressure - there are a couple of pressure points: one on the outer edge of your palm, about where the top skin crease meets the edge of your hand; the other is on the inner side of your wrist about two fingers up towards your elbow from the last skin crease (ask Shirin, she'll know them) - otherwise consult an acupuncturist!! anyway, sorry we can't be there for you, Shirin and Alyssa, but we know you're in very good hands with your friends and family around. All the best, and hope you feel better soon.
