Had my first dizzy spell today. I was getting up from bed to have some lunch and was walking to the living room when I lost all balance. I was trying so hard to keep up right but my legs refused to cooperate. I ended up landing on my arse, so thankfully no damage. I think the radio therapy is really taking its toll on me. I only have 7 more sessions and then the radio is finished. I will then have another 5 weeks of chemo to go.
I'm back in hospital for the whole of next week. Visitors are welcome. How has life been treating you all? I've lost touch with the outside world a little bit. Oh, and thanks for the generous donations for Priya's challenge.

Hello Jay,
Kevin (Tuesday Club) has told me about your blog so we will be reading it regularly from now on. You should remember me from Kevin's 60th when we spoke at length (in fact I probably bored the pants off you!) about flying. The other part of 'we' is my wife, Eileen. I think Kevin gave you last year's Pilot magazine 'where to fly' guide, hope you found it interesting. I now have this year's one which your welcome to have if you want it. Let me know if you do and I'll get it to you if you let me know how.
Right, now the important stuff!!! Your enthusiasm for flying at the pub that night was very infectious, so I want you to get well enough to come flying with me. When you do, you can fly the aircraft and see if you are able to resist learning yourself once you have! I don't know how far you have to go before you would be able to fly with me, perhaps your doctors could advise you. If you can get into a car you can get into a Cessna!
Take good care of yourself and don't forget my offer!!!
Regards, Andy & Eileen
Keep going mate - not long now. Sorry I haven't been able to visit lately but will maybe see you on Thursday.
Rodney
