- I have had an esophogectomy and partial gastorectomy in 2007. This blog is a place holder for all the advice and tips I have gathered over the years. They are not intended to replace any medical advice. You should always consult your doctor before making any changes. I know there are others out there trying to find solutions to the same issues as myself. Maybe we can help each other. I have had a number of symptoms to deal with including Early Dumping Syndrome Late Dumping Syndrome Excessive Weight Loss Nausea Vomiting Bloating/Wind Pain Tiredness
